It was just a little disappointed I could not schedule the appointment as soon as I called to make it. Think I had to wait about 10 days or so t5o schedule. Also, that car doesn't get washed after service as other dealers have doner in the past. I realize it is a smaller dealership so guess they so not have the help to wash vehicles after service.

As always , the service team at Greenwood Chevy took care of my part that went bad in just 18 months . I wasn’t however happy with paying 400.00 $ labor for a part that took 15 min to change out. In my opinion that’s an excessive amount to pay for 15 min of work

It was just for an oil change and overall check of the car. They found a leak in my left front Tite and I gave them the okay to patch it. Now i am second guessing that decision as I didn't ask the general location of the leak, they detected. od if they put that tire back as Left front or someplace else. Kindness like we were given is not found today in most business...we were treated with much respect and just courtesy that is. Not found today. I would highly recommend anybody in Polk County to drive to Fort Meade for service or to purchase their next truck or vehicle as you will be treated with Much Respect, which I hate to say is not available in the balance of our county... GOD bless this agency for extending professionable courtesy to all.
